I want to cancel my booking!
Cancellations are handled directly by the provider of your activity. Depending on the site's terms and conditions of sale, contact the provider of your activity directly, either by e-mail or by telephone, to request cancellation and reimbursement of your booking. Please note that, depending on the supplier's terms and conditions of sale, there may be cancellation charges. Check the supplier's terms and conditions of sale.
Your activity provider's contact details can be found directly on your ticket, at the bottom of the page in the contact section. Also give them your order number.
How long is my ticket valid for?
If you have booked an activity with a specific date and time, then your ticket is only valid on the selected dates.
If you have booked an entry ticket with free dates, the period of validity is shown on your printable ticket. Periods of validity vary depending on the service provider. In general, a ticket is valid for the current year.
How do I contact the activity provider directly?
The contact details for your activity provider can be found directly on your booking confirmation, at the bottom of the first page in the contact section.
I don't know the time of my booking!
If you have booked a ticket with an open date, it is valid all day, depending on the opening hours of the activity provider.
If you have booked for a fixed date and time, you will find this information on your printable ticket in the ‘Date and time’ section.
How do I find the address of my booking?
The exact address can be found on page 2 of your booking confirmation.
Do I need to print my ticket?
When you arrive, take your ticket to the ticket office. You do not need to print it out. You can use your telephone to show your ticket, unless otherwise stated by the service provider.
Can I pay with holiday vouchers?
This will depend on the service provider you choose for your booking, and the terms and conditions of payment will be indicated when you finalise your booking.
